TERMINUS OF CYCLONES
20 something kilometers in the North of Tulear (South-West coast of Madagascar), a team from the HONKO NGO (litteraly mangrove in malagasy) inspect the impact of the mangrove getting stuck in the sand dunes surrounding it. This engulfment in sand is essentially caused by the Southern winds, that are getting more and more powerful with every year passing. On the long run, this asphyxiates and becomes a threat for the ecosystem and the biodiversity of the mangrove.
