The President of the Republic of Madagascar, Andry Rajoelina (C), accompanied by his wife, Mialy Rajoelina, is organizing and monitoring the mass screening operations for COVID-19, in Antananarivo on March 31, 2020. The health authorities decided to test all passengers on flights that landed in Madagascar between 11 and 18 March and detect possible positive cases of COVID-19.
